Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and if you are signing up on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use StokTrack only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use the Service for fraud or spam, to upload harmful or infringing content, to interfere with other users, to probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security of the Service, to reverse engineer or resell the Service, or to violate any applicable laws.

3. Your data and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inventory data and other content you upload to StokTrack. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

Accel Solutions LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the plan you have selected.

4. Subscriptions and payments

StokTrack offers a free plan and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the fees and billing frequency presented at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf; we do not store your full card details. Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.

5. Seller of record

Accel Solutions LLC is the seller of record for all StokTrack orders. We handle billing questions, cancellations, and refunds directly; Stripe, Inc. acts only as our payment processor. Applicable sales tax or VAT, where required, is charged at checkout.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep StokTrack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy after a reasonable export window.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StokTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accel Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version or sending notice to your account email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
