StokTrack is operated by Accel Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through StokTrack.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. You do not need to explain your decision to us.
How to request a refund
Email support@stoktrack.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us you would like a refund. We normally reply within one business day and process approved refunds immediately.
Refunds are issued by Accel Solutions LLC and returned to the original payment method. Card payments are processed by Stripe; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
